5-Course Vara Wine Dinner at a'Bouzy

Join us at a’Bouzy on September 15 for a five-course wine dinner featuring VARA Winery & Distillery, an Albuquerque-based winery rooted in New Mexico’s long winemaking heritage.

Founded in 2013, VARA brings together traditional winemaking techniques with a spirit of innovation, crafting wines that reflect a distinctly New Mexican point of view. The winery is particularly celebrated for its sparkling wines, made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise by renowned winemaker Laurent Gruet.  

For this special evening, each course will be thoughtfully paired with a VARA selection—from Silverhead Brut Rosé to Zero Dosage and Chardonnay—creating a progression designed to complement every dish.
