Providing a memorable experience for every patron is at the forefront of Jonathan Bradbury’s extensive to do list as a’Bouzy’s Front-of-House Manager. Serving as liaison between restaurant guests and the bustling skill-intense kitchen, Jonathan has a welcoming personality ideally suited for greeting guests, motivating employees, and working with the chefs and owner. During his restaurant career, Jonathan has been associated in Houston with Coppa Restaurante and Brasserie 19, where he built a following of loyal patrons. In addition to being a heavy lifter at a’Bouzy, Jonathan is also a certified personal trainer.
